Refund policy
Cancellation Policy:
Only requests for cancellations that are submitted before the order has been shipped or sent from our end will be taken into consideration.
If the order has been sent or dispatched, there can be no cancellation.
How do I revoke my Order?
Order cancellation is possible up until the point of shipping. Due to payment gateway providers' refusal to reimburse the payment gateway cost, there will be a 2.5% cancellation fee. Once an order has been dispatched and an AWB number has been established, it cannot be cancelled.
Policies for Exchanges or Refunds:
Except in cases when the product you purchased is broken or faulty, SMD TRIMS does not accept returns or make any swaps as our products are fully inspected before dispatching the orders. However, stock availability governs all exchanges. Refunds will only be started if the purchased item truly has manufacturing damage or a fault and if it is not eligible for an exchange. If the damage was caused by the consumers, it won't be authorized or refused for a further refund until after additional inspection and checking. The return request must be made within 24 hours of the delivery time on which the customer got the goods in the event that it has a manufacturing flaw or is otherwise damaged. Unfortunately, if 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we cannot accept any exchanges or cannot make any refunds.
PROCESS OF RETURN:
If the product is "Damaged/Defective/Broken" state, please contact our support staff or send an email to support@smd-trims.com within 24 hours after delivery time with specifics of the product and the defect and images. If the conditions of the return meet with our return and refund policies, Within seven days of the delivery date, you have to return the item by packing it safely in its original packaging and mailing it to the address listed on the invoice you received.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
SMD TRIMS only offers exchanges or refunds for things that are broken or have a manufacturing defect. Your item must be unused and in the same condition as you got it in order to be eligible for an exchange or refund. Additionally, everything has to be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and receipts still attached. All products must be brand-new, unused, and in the same condition as when they were first delivered. We will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received at our warehouse and examined by our inspection staff. The acceptance or denial of your refund will also be communicated to you by us. If your request is accepted, processing of your exchange or refund will begin, and in the event of a refund, the amount will credited to your back account within 7 days of time.
**Note, 7 days of time beginning the acceptance by our team of your raised complaint request.
SMD TRIMS won't accept requests for refunds or exchanges in the case of the following conditions:
- The item has either previously been used or washed;
- Any product that is broken, missing parts, or not in its original state for reasons other than our mistake;
- The user has destroyed or thrown away the price tags, brand tags, box, original packing materials, and supporting accessories;
- The product's serial number or bar code, as appropriate, has already been destroyed or does not correspond to SMD TRIMS data;
- Disputes filed more than 24 hours after delivery might not be taken into consideration by SMD TRIMS.
* Please provide the order number and the accurate pictures of the product in case of any defects.
* In case of returns/exchanges the shipping cost to the return address will have to be paid by the customer only.
